Terms and Conditions:
Order is considered confirmed when we receive Purchase Order along with 50% deposit. Any outstanding balance with shipping costs will be payable prior to delivery.
If there are changes, either in design or specification, added cost will be invoiced separately and production time will increase depending on amount of changes.
Customer must sign off any drawings and/or give written approval if any samples have been issued
We accept payment by bank transfer only (details on request).
Delivery and Shipping
For Bespoke Items, delivery time is depending on the design, usually between 8-16 weeks from the start of production.
Shipping time will depend on selected mode of shipping. Sea Shipment can take 45 days upward. Air Freight Shipment is depending on the destination and can be 5 days upto 14 days.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Confirmed purchase orders received by the company will be considered binding. Exceptionally, however, should the purchaser wish to either cancel or amend their order we shall require written notification, either by e-mail or fax, within 7 days of the date of the original order being placed with us. If a customer cancels an order after this time period, the deposit is not refundable.
Every effort will be made to satisfy customer requirements. If any items are faulty upon receipt we shall arrange to solve the problem, provided we receive notification of the claim within 7 days of delivery.
We will not retain any financial information, only the data relating to the customers, invoice address and delivery details will be kept on file.
Any Design submitted to us for production is presumed to be owned by the Client. We do not take legal responsibility.
We reserve the right to reproduce and use the design for advertising and marketing, unless a written agreement is in place.
